Shining Steps ABA is looking for passionate BCBAs who are committed to delivering high-quality, ethical ABA therapy. Our BCBAs play a key role in guiding treatment, supporting therapists, and helping families see meaningful progress.

At Shining Steps, BCBAs are supported by a collaborative team and leadership that values clinical integrity and professional growth.

We are seeking caring and motivated RBTs who are passionate about working directly with children and helping them build important life skills. Our RBTs provide in-home therapy and work closely with BCBAs to implement individualized treatment plans.
